Registered organisations are reminded of the obligation to lodge their annual returns on or before 31 March 2019.
The ROC is reminding unions and employer associations to familiarise themselves with the level of information to be lodged, having made available various on-line resources to assist.
“We are here to help registered organisations voluntarily meet their compliance requirements,” said Registered Organisations Commissioner Mr Mark Bielecki.
“We have an extensive suite of information on our website designed to streamline and ensure high levels of compliance. These resources not only help organisations comply but can save them time and resources in preparing what is required.”
The ROC has updated its online educational materials to assist organisations, and has updated the annual returns checklists to reflect the additional procedures to be undertaken by the ROC this year.
