Our Information Publication Plan

The Registered Organisations Commission (ROC) has published an Information Publication Plan in accordance with section 8(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 and the requirements of the Information Publication Scheme (IPS). The plan sets out:

  • What the ROC publishes and proposes to publish in accordance with the IPS; and
  • How, and to whom, the ROC proposes to publish information under the IPS.

Should you wish to gain access to, or correction of, your personal information held by the Registered Organisations Commission, please contact us by emailing regorgs@roc.gov.au

If your request relates to information we may hold about your sex and/or gender, we will act consistently with the Australian Government Guidelines on the Recognition of Sex and Gender.

Senate Standing Order 12 Indexed Lists of Departmental and Agency files

The Registered Organisations Commission is required to publish lists of files relating to policy advising functions, the development of legislation and other matters of public administration.

The list is prepared every six months and is published on the internet, so that it is publicly accessible.
