The following policies govern the inquiries and investigations of the Registered Organisations Commission (the ROC).
ROC Privacy Policy
The ROC Privacy sets out the ROC's policy in relation to collecting, holding, using and disclosing personal information in performance of its' functions and activities.

ROC Access to Information Policy
The ROC Privacy sets out the ROC's policy in relation to requests for information held by the ROC. This policy is to be read in conjunction with the ROC Privacy Policy.

ROC Compliance policy
The Compliance policy sets out general information regarding the ROC's approach to its compliance and enforcement role under the RO Act, including assessment of matters, voluntary compliance, use of its information gathering powers and the conduct of inquiries, investigations and litigation.

Protection for whistleblowers
The RO Act provides protection to certain whistleblowers who alert the ROC about wrongdoings, or potential wrongdoings, within registered organisations.
