The Bacon Factories' Union of Employees, Queensland (BFUEQ)

The management of the affairs of the organisation is vested in the State Council, which comprises the Principal Officers and 1 State Councillor elected by and from each workplace group of the organisation.

The organisation has its elections conducted by the AEC. Principal Officers and State Councillors are elected for a term of 3 years.
